Where do we begin?
The planning process starts with you sharing your thoughts and concepts regarding your wedding with us. Then we collaborate to find the perfect venue, decide on a wedding date (if you don’t have a specific date picked when you start working with us), and only then put together the first draft of your bespoke wedding package.
Can we make changes to our wedding package during the planning process?
Yes. We make every effort to accommodate changes to your personalized wedding package, allowing adjustments until approximately 6-8 weeks prior to your wedding date. In some cases, we may even be able to accommodate changes later, depending on the nature of your requested modifications.
Do we have to stick to certain colours and flowers for our wedding?
Certainly, there are no restrictions. Please don’t hesitate to inform us of your preferred colour theme for your wedding. If we can source the necessary fabrics, decorations, and other elements in your chosen colour, we will gladly accommodate your desired theme.
In our wedding packages, we include seasonal local flowers of your choice. However, if you wish to incorporate flowers that are not readily available locally, we will make every effort to obtain them for you, although there may be an additional charge for imported flowers.
Do you help us find a suitable venue on Koh Phangan?
Naturally! One aspect of our service is to conduct venue research, and help you make the best choice of location for your celebration.
Do you offer assistance with travel arrangements?
Indeed, as part of our service, we provide guidance on the most suitable transportation options for your journey to and from the island. If you have any inquiries or concerns about your travel arrangements, please don’t hesitate to inform us, and we will make every effort to help.
Will our marriage be legal in our home country as well?
Yes, we can make that happen.

Do you do bachelor or bachelorette parties?
Of course, we can organise pretty much anything!
We’ve organised all sorts of parties, rehearsal dinners, boat trips around the island, pre-wedding photoshoots and much more.

Do we make a full payment as soon as we book you?
We recognize that weddings can be a significant financial commitment, which is why we have implemented a staged payment process.
You begin by making an initial payment of 10,000 THB to secure your wedding date and confirm your booking with us. Following that, there will be several partial payments throughout the planning process, with the final payment due a couple of days before your wedding.

Certainly, you have the flexibility to do so. We make every effort to accommodate changes to your personalized wedding package, allowing adjustments until approximately 6-8 weeks prior to your wedding date. In some cases, we may even be able to accommodate changes later, depending on the nature of the requested modifications.
Do you work with specific vendors and do we have to stick to your vendors for our wedding?
We collaborate with carefully selected vendors, some of whom we’ve been working with for over a decade.
At the same time, we’re flexible, and are more than happy to coordinate with any restaurant, photographer, make-up artist or even taxi driver you choose.

Do we have to stick to one of the wedding packages listed on your website?
Of course we can create a customized wedding package tailored to your preferences. Typically, we suggest selecting one of our existing packages as a foundation and then adapting it to align with your specific needs and budget.
